1-on-1 Personal Training in Irvine & Newport Beach

Sixty minutes, one coach, one client, on a program written for your body. From $100 a session, sold in packages.

No obligation. Month-to-month memberships. If you’re not a fit, we’ll tell you.

What a personal trainer should actually do

Not keep you company for an hour. A personal trainer here assesses you first, writes the plan, then coaches every set against it and re-measures to see whether it worked.

  • The coach’s full attention

Sixty minutes with one coach and one client. Every set is watched, cued and adjusted, which is what makes the difference after an injury or with a technical lift.

  • A program written for your body

Your body composition, how you move and your injury history decide the program, not a template the coach also does themselves.

  • Built around a full calendar

Set appointment times from 6 a.m., six days a week, in a private studio where nobody is waiting for a rack.

  • The right fit after physical therapy

Being discharged from PT does not mean you are ready for a gym floor. We pick up where rehab ends and progress load carefully.

Your first 45 minutes decide the program

The complimentary Deep Health Assessment is where your trainer finds out what they're working with: what's muscle and what isn't, how you move, what you eat, and what your joints have been through. The program comes from that.

Want the same programming at a lower cost? Semi-private training is $650 a month, unlimited, capped at six. Or see what clients have done.

No obligation. Month-to-month memberships. If you’re not a fit, we’ll tell you.

I’ve been through many gyms (big and small) and worked with as many trainers over my 51 years, and Bryan has been the best hands down. … I’m down 8% in body fat in less than 5 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Something we haven’t covered? Call or text (949) 518-3480, or ask a coach.

How much is one-on-one personal training?

One-on-one training starts from $100 per session and is sold in packages. Ask a coach for the current package options, and every client starts with a complimentary Deep Health Assessment.

How long is a session?

Sixty minutes, by appointment, in the private studio at MacArthur and Jamboree.

Who will be coaching me?

The LOOK was founded by Bryan Greene, who has coached since 2007 and is still the head coach. Whoever you train with, your program is written from your Deep Health Assessment.

Can you train around an injury or a recent surgery?

Usually, yes. The assessment covers your movement and injury history before anything is written, and we train around injuries rather than through them. If what you need is a medical professional first, we will tell you.

How do I choose a personal trainer in Irvine or Newport Beach?

Ask what they measure before writing your program, how often they measure again, and what happens if something hurts. A trainer who cannot answer those is guessing. Every program here starts from a body composition scan and a movement assessment, and both get repeated as you go.
